Option 1

10% down and close in 6 months. This will give you extra time to sell your current residence.

Option 2

30% down and Pinery Bluffs “Vendor Take Back” financing for 9 months with an interest rate of Prime +2% through our partnership with the Bank of Montreal makes it easy to make the decision! (Financing subject to Bank of Montreal (BMO) approval)

Option 3

50% down and Pinery Bluffs “Vendor Take Back” financing for 12 months with an interest rate of Prime +2% !!
